Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review your request and offer a replacement or a full refund if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Personalized items, used products, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.
